Canadian pop recording artist Victoria Anthony is back with “Kinda Into You”, a feel-good, up-tempo single and music video, co-written with indie pop artist Matthew V and producer Ryan Worsley, and mixed by GRAMMY® award winner Tony Maserati (Beyoncé, Alicia Keys).

“Kinda Into You” is about young infatuation, and centers around those initial feelings you have for someone before you really know who they are. That person may be perfect in your head, and although you don’t quite know them yet, you’re excited to find out.

The music video for the track is a dreamy and playful roller-skating retro extravaganza, written by and co-directed by Victoria with long-time video collaborator Brock Newman.

“I only learned how to roller skate a week and a half before shooting” says Victoria. “I’ve come up with some crazy and complex ideas for my previous music videos, but this one included the extra challenge of learning a new skill.”

When it comes to her art, the 16-year-old Vancouver-based artist always takes the lead. Victoria has taken a hands-on approach to every aspect of her music since she started in 2019, including songwriting, recording, branding, and visual aesthetics related to everything from the album artwork and singles covers, to writing and co-directing her own music videos. To date, she has written and co-directed five music videos, 2 performance videos for Grammy.com, and 3 live videos.

Victoria’s songs have surpassed 4.5 MILLION online streams, 10 MILLION TikTok views, and 25 MILLION views on YouTube.
