Somewhat of an all-star band, for Texans anyway, The Wheel Workers are a hard to categorize band of heathens. Led by Steven Higginbotham – vocals, guitar; Kevin Radomski – drums; Zeek Garcia – bass; Craig Wilkins – guitar, harmonies; Erin Rodgers – keyboards, harmonies.
Last summer, they dropped the stellar LP, Harbor, featuring 2:30 rocker “Suck it Up.” Not ones to sit back and rest on their accomplishments, the band is releasing a video for that raucous number, today.
The video (of what looks to all be found footage) matches the chaos of the song beautifully as Higginbotham wails in a style that brings to mind the glory days of Public Image Ltd.
