Photos by Joanna Gleason – Greensky Bluegrass is an American bluegrass band that was formed in 2000 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The band consists of members Anders Beck (dobro), Michael Arlen Bont (banjo), Dave Bruzza (guitar), Mike Devol (upright bass), and Paul Hoffman (mandolin).

Known for their unique blend of traditional bluegrass instrumentation with rock and roll influences, Greensky Bluegrass has been praised for their energetic live performances and innovative songwriting. They have released several studio albums, including “Tuesday Letter,” “Five Interstates,” and “If Sorrows Swim.”

Over the years, Greensky Bluegrass has gained a dedicated fan base and has performed at major festivals and venues across the United States. They have also shared the stage with notable musicians such as Sam Bush, Ricky Skaggs, and Del McCoury.
