Pacific Northwest raised Meredith Adelaide has had an interesting road to say the least. Beginning her deep self inquiry after the death of her dad in 2012, Adelaide’s warm, minimal guitar and floating melodies provide the backdrop for sharing her gentle and brave internal process. Along the way she has maintained several television cameos including featured roles on Portlandia, Grimm, and Leverage, solidifying her role as an actress in addition.
Likened to the stylings of Joni Mitchell, Adrienne Lenker, and a hint of Ani DiFranco, Adelaide invites us to go inward and embrace our most intimate parts. Most recently, she featured extensively as a vocalist on KRAMON‘s 2025 album, Evolutions. Now as 2025 comes to its halt, she is thrilled to share the release of her debut album, To Believe I’m The Sun.
