Canadian pop/R&B duo Your Paris have just released their brand new single, “About Love”, and have a brand new acoustic video version to go along with it, which premiered this Friday, September 25th. The incredible song has been taking off, and has already had numerous features across the country!

Both singer-songwriters, Nick Babcock is a multi-instrumentalist and former member of Kingston bandKasador, and was also featured on CTV’s The Launch. Together with vocalist Laila Kharouba, the duo compliment each other perfectly, drawing upon past experiences in their lyrics that will resonate with any listener, and creating a R&B/pop sound that has rarely sounded this good. Drawing inspiration for their name from Chelsea Cutler’s “Your Shirt” and the 1975’s “Paris”, the Kingston/Toronto couple teamed up and officially launched this January.
The pair have a refreshing, brand new pop sound that still feels familiar, even though you haven’t heard music quite like theirs. Their unique blend of modern pop with R&B, lush vocal harmonies, and lyrics that resonate, deliver an authentic sound that will keep any listener coming back for more. Prepare for that “I’ve been there” feeling when you hear their music, and to not be able to get their songs out of your head!
