Earlier this year, The Weather Station (aka Tamara Lindeman) released Ignorance, a personal record about experiencing climate change and one of 2021’s most highly-praised albums. Today, she’s excited to finally announce a North American and European tour in support of this remarkable release, out now via Next Door Records. The Ignorance tour will present Lindeman’s sophisticated new sound performed by a full band. They’ll play Bonnaroo, Summerfest, and the Pitchfork Music Festival in September, before touring Canada in November. The tour will continue in early 2022 with shows all over the US and Europe. Tickets go on sale this Friday, June 11th at 10am local time. A Spotify Fans First presale will precede general onsale.
