Folk Music Ontario is pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 Ontario Folk Music Awards. The Ontario Folk Music Awards took place at Mississauga, ON’s Living Arts Centre on October 6, 2024. Hosted by Janice Jo Lee, performers included Sultans of String, The Angelique Francis Band, Adrian Sutherland, Mimi O’Bonsawin, Payadora Tango Ensemble, and Jessica Pearson and the East Wind, with a special presentation of the Estelle Klein Award to Samir Baijal, Pat O’Gorman and Julie Schryer by CBC q host, Tom Power. This year, the Ontario Folk Music Awards featured both a red carpet and a post event reception.
