The Toronto show announcement follows an unbelievably successful past year for Lainey. It was recently announced that she will be honoured with the Rulebreaker Award at this year’s Billboard Women in Music Awards, which will be held on March 1st at the YouTube Theater at Hollywood Park in Los Angeles, CA. Lainey also hit a record-breaking milestone this past week as the first female artist in more than a decade to have two songs in the Top 10 on Country radio with “Heart Like a Truck” and her HARDY duet“Wait in the Truck”.

Last fall she released Bell Bottom Country, featuring 16 tracks including her Canadian Gold-certified hit single “Heart Like a Truck,” which is currently Top 10 on the Mediabasecharts in Canada and No.6 on country charts in the US and rapidly climbing. In November, she made her acting debut in Season 5 of Paramount Network’s smash-hit series,Yellowstone, in a role created specifically for her by co-creator and Academy Award nominee Taylor Sheridan.

Lainey closed out 2022 with the release of two new Spotify singles; a reimagining of her original song “Middle Finger” and a cover of Rick Derringer’s “Rock and Roll, Hoochie Koo.” You can listen to both songs HERE.

Since landing her first No. 1 with the Canadian Platinum-certified ACM Song of the Year “Things A Man Oughta Know,” Lainey has won over legions of fans with her signature bell bottom country sound and aesthetic, blending traditional country with a modern yet retro flare. A prolific and sought-after songwriter, she has continued to cement her reputation as an authentic storyteller, delivering CMA-nominated album of the year with her label debut, Sayin’ What I’m Thinkin’. Lainey has also had the privilege of performing with notable names such as Jon Pardi, Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, HARDY, Jason Aldean and Ashley McBryde, and collaborated with incredible artists on tracks including the No. 1 hit “Never Say Never” with Cole Swindell and the aforementioned “wait in the truck” with HARDY.

On January 4, 2023, Lainey embarked on her first sold-out headlining tour, the “Country With A Flare Tour” across the US. She’ll also rejoin CMA 2022 Entertainer of the Year Luke Combs on all North American dates of his 2023 World Tour, including stops in Vancouver on May 27, and Edmonton on June 3.
