Photos by Orest Dorosh – Dallas Smith is a Canadian country music artist born on August 4, 1977 in Langley, British Columbia. He first rose to fame as the lead vocalist of the band Default, before pursuing a solo career in country music.
Smith released his debut solo album, “Jumped Right In,” in 2012, which produced several hit singles including “Somebody Somewhere” and “If It Gets You Where You Wanna Go.” He has since released three more successful albums, “Lifted” in 2014, “Side Effects” in 2016, and “The Fall” in 2019.
Throughout his career, Smith has won numerous awards and accolades, including multiple Canadian Country Music Association Awards and Juno Awards nominations.
