Photos by Orest Dorosh – Tyler Childers is an American country music singer-songwriter from Kentucky. He was born on June 21, 1991, in Lawrence County, Kentucky. Childers grew up in a musical family and began playing guitar at a young age. He released his debut album, “Bottles and Bibles,” in 2011, and has since released several more albums, including “Purgatory” in 2017 and “Country Squire” in 2019.
Childers’ music is characterized by his unique blend of country, bluegrass, and folk influences, as well as his gritty and introspective songwriting. He has gained a loyal following for his authentic and heartfelt storytelling, and has been praised by critics and fans alike for his raw and powerful performances.
