Nashville-based Conor Clemmons is set to release his third single of 2024, “Growin’ To Do,” on Wednesday, September 25. This heartwarming, upbeat track, produced by Derek Drye and co-written with Will Hoge and Griffen Palmer, is inspired by Rodney Atkins’ “Watching You” and pays homage to timeless generational wisdom. Clemmons reflects on the life lessons from his 95-year-old grandfather, offering a soulful anthem that encourages everyone to slow down and savor life’s moments rather than rush into adulthood.

“With my grandfather having just turned 95 years old, he continuously reminds me that there’s always something new to learn no matter what you’ve done, where you’ve been or how old you get,” Clemmons shares. “This song is dedicated to Luther Clemens, who is forever growing with every day he’s given. This song is set to inspire everyone to slow down on getting older.”

“Writing this song with Conor was a blast because he’s an artist that really knows his influences and what he wants to sing about,” Griffen Palmer reflects on the songwriting process. “He told Will and I about this idea he had and how he wanted it to feel, and from there we just had to follow him to where he was leading us.”

“Conor continues to tell his story and draw people in with his voice and storytelling,” Will Hoge continues. “Proud to have been a part of this song and another step in his journey.”

Clemmons charges ahead with unstoppable momentum, unleashing a series of singles that will carry him well into 2025. He kicked things off on March 22 with his first single release of 2024, “Good Ones,” followed by “It Chose Me” on August 7, produced by Will Hoge and co-penned by Clemmons.

Known for his 2016 debut EP Left of Center, which charted at #15 on iTunes Country, and singles like “Top it Off” featured on iHeartRadio CountryConor Clemmons continues to captivate fans with his blend of grit and heartfelt storytelling. From CMA Fest stages to military tributes, his energy and authenticity have won over listeners across the country.

With a resume that spans from sharing stages with the likes of the pop-infused Hunter Hayes to the hip-hop energy of Waka Flocka, as well as The Swon Brothers, Danielle Bradbery, Tucker Beathard, Gavin DeGraw, Edwin McCain, and Parmalee, Clemmons proves his versatility and reach.

“I aim to revive 90s country music fans,” Clemmons concludes. “I want to reintroduce a sound and deliver an energetically genuine country performance that evokes both nostalgia and excitement. Whether experienced live or digitally, when Conor Clemmons finishes, I want people to crave more.”
