Review by Amanda Daubert – Anticipation is building for The Glorious Son’s fourth studio album Glory, set to drop September 6th. With four released singles from the album so far, fans are eager to hear more of the new sound of this alluring album. Well today they were treated with another single to help hold them over, the fifth single release, “Cellular.”
Instantly teleporting listeners to a different time in rock and roll history, “Cellular” offers a spirited take on a declarative love song. WIth strong visual storytelling lyrics and a passionate delivery, indicative of The Glorious Sons, it’s the songs’ pace and composition that give it a sound all its own. “Cellular” is yet another showcase of the wide range the band plans to demonstrate in their forthcoming album.
