Leigh made her country music debut on Zac Brown’s Southern Ground Records in 2011 with the hit album ‘1978 December’.Leighre-released the single (of same title) in 2020, highlighting her piano and prolific songwriting chops, produced by Roger Taylor, (Queen). Zak Brown Band’s Grammy award winning record ‘Uncaged’featured two singles written by Leigh, “Goodbye In Her Eyes” and “Sweet Annie”,both reached #1 on the Billboard Country Airplay charts concurrently.
Leigh’s current projects include hip hop/rock duo TYGR/TYGRw/ Daphne Willis (Position Music), laid-back low-fi 90’s hip-hop duo Indica Girlz, and the mysterious grunge-pop project Rob The Man, all pending follow-up releases in 2023. Meanwhile, Leigh has been writing and gearing up for her solo Sonia Leighrecord, due for release in 2023.
