Today, platinum-selling, award-winning country songstress Jess Moskalukeshares her new EP ‘Heartbreaker’ via MDM Recordings Inc. / Universal Music Canada. Moskaluke hones her songwriting skills across the six-track EP, offering a revamped pop-rock infused sound, powerful vocals and dynamic storylines surrounding themes of love, expressed through cleverly crafted lyrics. Moskaluke continues to break down the barriers of the country genre with ‘Heartbreaker’ marking a new era for the versatile and multi-faceted artist who is constantly evolving and channelling new versions of herself through her music and releases.

About the new EP Moskaluke shares, “Heartbreaker felt like the perfect title for this EP. In the video that goes along with the title track, we wanted to visually represent a few different phases or stages of love. I also wanted to do that with each song on this record, including themes and feelings of falling in love, falling out of love, seeing your ex with someone new, having fond memories of old love, setting standards for new love and so much more. All of that is covered in this album, and I could not be prouder to give these songs a home!

Comprised of six tracks alongside official music videos for three previously released singles, the Heartbreaker EP offers a robust collection of heart-pumping music together with stunning visuals. Previously released southern-twang infused breakup anthem ‘Knock Off’ sees Moskaluke kicked out of her own look-alike audition in the official video for the track, while the playfully optimistic ‘Not What Ya Think’ proves that not everything is always what you think, accompanied by a video that incorporates live-action elements with over 2,500 hand-drawn, brightly coloured animations. Moody, rock-tinged title track ‘Heartbreaker’, currently in the Top 20 at Canadian Country radio, explores a different vantage point than that of the classic breakup anthem, navigating a new relationship with someone who is still working through the wreckage of their previous. The visually stunning ‘Heartbreaker’ video highlights three uniquely different concepts of love, showcasing the contrastingly sweet, bold, and soft sides of romance. The ‘Heartbreaker’ EP is rounded out by new releases ‘Good Nights’, ‘Secondhand You’ and ‘Go Get Er’.

The new EP arrives on the heels of the announcement of Moskaluke’s headlining Winter Wonderland Tour. Kicking off on November 25 in Calgary, AB, the tour will make fifteen stops across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba before concluding in Dawson Creek, BC, on December 17. Performing the classics from her previously released holiday album A Small Town Christmas in addition to her popular hits and fan-favourites.
